All gas enters the room through 2" DEF tubing and passes through a totalizer. From there it is passed into a 900 cubic-foot gas bag, where it is stored until it is pulled out by a compressor. From the high-pressure storage the helium is passed back into the recovery room to enter the purifier and Quantum Design Advanced Technology Liquefier. The room also houses two 100 liter storage dewars, and has additional features.
